Granny Square Pattern and Tutorial
This solid granny square is crocheted in rounds, beginning with a ch 4 loop. The corners are worked using a (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc).
You can easily change up the look of the square by using a different corner stitch.
To make tthe square solid (without any chain spaces or opens spots in the corners) try using 3 dc instead.
