When I was writing this post I found a lot of information about a woman named Katie Bradley who creates original Tortoise Cozy patterns and then crochets them for her Tortoises to wear. You can check out her blog here: Tort Addiction.
She has a Facebook Page (Mossy Tortoise) and Instagram Page (Mossy Tortoise) too. Her Etsy Shop is currently closed as she is on a leave of absence, but you may wish to check out the other designs she has created, so here is the link: Mossy Tortoise
If you are looking for a finished Turtle Sweater there are a few shops on Etsy which sell them. Visit Turtle Toppers or My Cute Creation for more information.

Bowser Sweater for a Turtle
Available from CraftFoxes, this free pattern includes a step-by-step photo tutorial to help you make your Turtle a Bowser Sweater. This sweater fits a Box Turtle (approximately 5 1/2″ long x 4 3/4″ wide x 2 1/2″ tall). Designed by Jennifer Olivarez using Aran Weight Yarn [4] and a 2.75 mm crochet hook.
Tortoise Jumper
This sweet Tortoise Jumper was designed by Holly Roberts and it is available from Instructables. This sweater can be made in 2 ways.
