How to Crochet the Diagonal Raised Stitch
The diagonal raised crochet stitch pattern is great for making a warm and cozy blanket. It uses two special crochet stitches – front post double crochet (FPdc) and back post double crochet (BPdc) – to make a textured design. The stitch creates a unique look with a raised, diagonal pattern. It’s also versatile: you can use it to make placemats, tablemats, pillows, and scarves too!
